I tightened the rope and focused on eating whole foods with lots of vegetables, fruit, whole grains, and legumes such as quinoa and beans. Eating small amounts of healthy fats with eggs and salmon as my primary protein source, along with chia and hemp seeds were other dietary adjustments I made.;
